I loved staying at AKKA Lush. The best decision I took was to stay here. Cleanliness of the hotel is to the max. I loved my room. Very spacious, full of amenities and exceptionally clean. There is proper ventilation. Hotel smells so amazing. You feel so good by entering there. Everyone welcomes with such open heart. The staff at hotel is exceptional. Supervisor Melih is very nice and helpful. He and his colleagues arranged all the tours for me. Tours were very safe. I went in not knowing what I I will do but they sorted out for me. He was very friendly and super accommodating. Ibrahim and Yildimir at the hotel are also very helping and friendly. I could blindly trust all of them. They arranged whatever I asked for. Breakfast in the morning is also very good. Very good selection and very accommodating. Staff was amazing specially Zenyup and Egemen. They will do anything and any for you. There is a spa in the hotel which is heaven. So clean, nice, relaxing and beautiful. Staff Ahmed and Ayesha are exceptionally good and kind. The best.

Very profesional management and staff. Amazing location. Clean and very comfortable bed. I definitely recommend AKKA LUSH HOTEL TAKSIM. Specially the view from the terrace the and very friendly staff working in the restaurant section make your holiday more enjoyable. Dont forget to book your hotel breakfast included while I got the best breakfast at the terrace restaurant whith a lovely view and dont forget to ask for Eye Eggs. Another nice feature of the hotel is very close to central places, especially Taksim Square, Galata Tower, and many other places are within walking distance.

It is on the best location hardly few steps away from Istiklal street with Tamsin square is just one minute walk. Hotel staff is fantastic and specially Velri a Russian girl who is in Guest relation is wonderful She tries to make everything possible for when it comes to Breakfast options She is very welcoming all the time for any kind of your requirements related to breakfast or related to your stay. There is an other fantastic fellow Rasul an Uzbek guy is also very helpful in all the time. He is affluent enough in English Over all experience is ver good

The room was very big and very clean. The cleaners change the sheets everyday and clean the room everyday. The staff was nice especially the restaurant staff. The restaurant manager, who was a Russian girl, had a very welcoming face. Zenep, the waiter at the restaurant was so nice. She served us tea every morning without asking her because she knew that we drink tea at breakfast from the first two days. All in all, it was a great stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel in general was so clean , it was easy to reach galata tower, taksim and istiklal street , so many shops , cafes and restaurants nearby .. it won’t be the last time to stay for sure we will come back
